Nationally Known Actor and Comedian Sinbad to Headline 'Laugher is the Best Medicine' Program in Indianapolis

Nationally known actor and comedian Sinbad will be the star of the Indiana Minority Health Coalition's 'Laughter is the Best Medicine' silent auction and fundraiser from on November 15, at the Marriott Hotel, 250 W. Maryland Street in downtown Indianapolis.

(PRWEB) October 3, 2005 -- Nationally known actor and comedian Sinbad will be the star of the Indiana Minority Health Coalition's "Laughter is the Best Medicine" silent auction and fundraiser on November 15, at the Marriott Hotel, 250 W. Maryland Street in downtown Indianapolis.

The event will begin with a silent auction at 5:45 pm. Participants will have the opportunity to bid on more than $150,000 in donated gifts from various businesses. Auction items include diamonds, cosmetic enhancements, oriental rugs, bridal gown collection, chef's table for six and more.

The program will begin at 6:30 pm with opening remarks from dignitaries.

Dinner and live entertainment will be at 7 pm.

Sinbad will take the stage at 8 pm.

The Indiana Minority Health Coalition is a non-profit organization dedicated to improve the health and social welfare of ethnic and racial minority populations in Indiana.
