Rosenfeld was founder and CEO of The Rosenfeld Attorney Network, which was sold in 1998 to a publicly traded company. He received his B.S. in Economics cum laude from the University of Maryland and his J.D. with honors from George Washington University School of Law. He recently completed serving as president of the Microenterprise Council of Maryland and is active on the governing boards of four not-for-profit organizations.
