MacGilvary has worked in the comstantly changing world of Human Resources for more than 16 years. That experience has been in many different industries including production, printing, mental health and insurance. She joins Customized Structures after her recent tenure at the Dartmouth Printing Company where she directed their HR program. Deb has a BS in Business Management and Human Resources and is pursuing a master’s degree in business administration through Plymouth State University. Not one to shy away from challenges and problems, Deb likes to come at them from a different perspective in order to pull them apart, analyze them, and put them back together in a more positive and dynamic arrangement.
