Kittery, Maine (PRWEB) October 4, 2005 -- New England-based Weathervane Seafood Restaurants this month unveiled a new communications campaign to share its rich family legacy and promise of 100% to guest satisfaction with its guests. Given its roots and long-standing 35-year history on the Maine coast and throughout New England, it was a natural to begin to share both the legacy and customer satisfaction promise in each of its 17 locations.
Starting this fall, new entryway signs will showcase both original founders and new second generational members of the Weathervane family management team. Throughout each location and on each table will be reminders of the restaurants founders, Ray and Bea Gagner, and their beginnings in Kittery, Maine with their first location in 1969. A prime feature of this legacy campaign is a renewed emphasis on the signature food items that have made Weathervane a great choice for all ages for over 35 years, from Broiled Haddock and Fried Seafood Combo, to Rays famous, hand battered Onion Rings and Beas Clam Chowder...all made then, and still today, with the same family recipe.
All of our team members wanted to find a way to share our authentic roots in a more direct way with our guests," commented Terry Gagner, President. My parents put their heart and soul into building this business and my family and I, along with our extended management family, are very proud to be continuing this rich tradition at each of our 17 locations, doing all we can to please our guests every day."
We want our guests to know that many of our recipes are from scratch and have been in use since 1969. We also want to reinforce our Promise to our guests which states: 'We promise to provide you, our guest generous portions of great tasting, high quality, food and drink with prompt and friendly service at a fair price, said Gagner, who grew up working alongside his parents in Kittery, Maine, acquired the business in 1975 and expanded Weathervane to its current 17 locations in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts and New York.
Weathervane Seafood Restaurants, Inc. has been serving the freshest and finest seafood New England has to offer to loyal guests from all over the world in each of its 17 locations throughout the Northeast. Since 1969, the Gagner family, along with a dedicated staff second to none, has been creating and serving up hearty portions of lobster, clams, scallops, haddock, shrimp and more in a fun and guest-friendly casual atmosphere. www.weathervaneseafoods.com
