DynaSend E-mail Tool Improves Productivity & Message Quality
Increasing employee productivity and message appeal widely improved with new StationeryCentral.com product
Lake Mills, WI (PRWEB) October 4, 2005 -- StationeryCentral.com today unveiled an online service, DynaSend, which integrates with Microsoft's Outlook email program to increase employee productivity and improve the quality of outgoing email. Companies that subscribe to the service can create and post pre-composed email boilerplate template messages to a web-based "library." For example, a company's sales library might contain pre-sale messages highlighting its product's benefits, during-sale messages scheduling delivery and offering training, and post-sale reminders of maintenance needs. Sales staff would then click the appropriate message link on the library page to bring up a fully composed and formatted message in Outlook, ready-to-send.
DynaSend works when replying to previously received messages, as well as when generating new messages. Integrated mail-merge capabilities personalize the outgoing messages for the sender. Full HTML formatting is supported, allowing the messages housed in the library to be composed on branded "stationery" templates. Utilization reporting tools are built into the service.
Not limited to intra-company use, template libraries can be made available for use by appropriate third parties such as dealers, agents, or non-profit volunteers.
Company President Rex Weston states, "We're addressing the often overlooked area of transactional email, not to be confused with marketing email. It's all about improving the quality of day-to-day, person-to-person, communications."
