Canadian Aerospace Group International Inc.("CAGI") Provides Shareholder Update

CAGI announces outcome re: Petition for Court Ordered Shareholders Meeting on Friday, September 30, 2005.

(PRWEB) October 3, 2005 -- Canadian Aerospace Group International Inc. would like to report that a Court Ordered Shareholders meeting was held on September 30, 2005, at 10:15 a.m. in front of the offices of Legal & Compliance LLC, 330 Clematis Street, Suite 217, West Palm Beach Florida, in accordance with the Court Ordered request dated August 23, 2005 signed by Circuit Judge David F. Crow.

In attendance at the meeting was Mr. Joseph Rotolo, Chairman of Canadian Aerospace Group International Inc., and Mr. Rob Fia, shareholder. Mr. Michael Anthony and or his representatives were not present at the meeting.

A quorum was achieved by the submission of shareholders' proxies entitled to vote. All of the proxies received were in accordance with the Court approved proxy card. All submitted proxies stated above appointed Joseph Rotolo with the power of substitution to cast all votes on the shareholders' behalf.

Upon tallying the votes registered on the proxies, and noted for the record, that zero voted for the election of Michael Anthony as Director and zero voted FOR the amendment to the articles of incorporation to increase the authorized common stock of the company from 70,000,000 to 140,000,000. Precisely 19,536,488 votes were cast against electing Michael Anthony as director as well as against the amendment to the articles of incorporation to increase the authorized common stock of the company from 70,000,000 to 140,000,000.

No other company business other than the above was discussed in accordance with the Court Order dated August 23, 2005. The meeting was closed with a verification letter provided to the Court Clerk and Judge David F. Crow. in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida.
