The 2nd Annual Winter Park Boat Parade & Festival of Lights will illuminate the holidays on Saturday, December 10th starting at 5 p.m. on Lake Virginia and Lake Osceola.

Orlando, FL (PRWEB) October 7, 2005 -- The 2nd Annual Winter Park Boat Parade & Festival of Lights will illuminate the holidays on Saturday, December 10th starting at 5:00 p.m. on Lake Virginia and Lake Osceola. The public will be invited to watch the moonlit parade from The Albin Polasek Museum at 633 Osceola Ave. or the Dinky Dock on Ollie Ave. near Aloma Ave. and Rollins College.

The Perfect Parade: Streets Stay Open
The 2nd Annual Winter Park Boat Parade & Festival of Lights on Saturday, December 10th will start at 5:00 p.m. at the Windsong Cove on the east side of Lake Virginia and continue clockwise past Rollins College and Dinky Dock, then travel through Fern Canal past The Albin Polasek Museum, and finally loop around Lake Osceola. Deck the Docks for Holiday Parade
The 2nd Annual Winter Park Boat Parade & Festival of Lights on Saturday, December 10th will be looking for the Best Boat Dock on Lake Virginia and Lake Osceola. Only one dock owner can win the title for each lake, but the free competition is open to anyone illuminating their holiday décor on the lakeside for the 5:00 p.m. parade. Float Your Boat at the Winter Park Boat Parade
Winter Park licensed boat owners are invited to compete for prizes and recognition for their best holiday-themed boats during the 2nd Annual Winter Park Boat Parade & Festival of Lights for a $50 entry fee. Lake Virginia and Lake Osceola will be the site on Saturday, December 10th at 5:00 p.m. Entry details and applications are available at http://www.winterparkboatparade.com/Contest_Info.aspx
