(PRWEB) October 10, 2005 -- The Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) has partnered with strategic marketing communications firm TeamAsia for e-Services Philippines — the country’s premier IT and IT-enabled services (ITES) outsourcing event — to promote the popular annual conference and exhibition for the fourth straight year.
Under the terms of the agreement TeamAsia will assist CITEM in the areas of marketing strategy, content design, editorial services, media relations, and onsite media services. “We will work very hard to contribute towards making e-Services 2006 a success by enhancing appreciation of the Philippines as a global center for IT and ITES investment,” TeamAsia managing director Michael Alan Hamlin said.
The exhibition, which will take place February 16-17, 2005, showcases the Philippine IT and ITES sectors and the Philippines as an important outsourcing destination. The conference will feature presentations on outsourcing trends, industry best practices, and emerging opportunities. The exhibition and matching sessions will provide networking and business opportunities for IT and ITES providers.
In 2005 IT and ITES providers participating in the conference and exhibition generated millions of dollars in new business according to the results of a CITEM survey. Over 100 exhibitors and 1,500 trade visitors with interests in animation, business process outsourcing, contact center, data transcription, engineering and design, IT solutions strategy, project management and software development attended the two-day meeting.
