In a Notice of Claim filed Wednesday, October 5th, 2005 in the Provncial Court of British Columbia, Registry File Number 0509187 in the Registry Location of Vancouver, WTRG Corp., seeks damages in an amount over $18,290.00.
The allegations in the suit have not yet been proven in court and a statement of defense has not been filed.
The legal action seeks damages for breach of contract and an award from the court in an amount of $18,290.00 for services rendered between June 1, 2005 and September 30, 2005. WTRG Corp claims that APEX Resources Group failed to make payments according to the Agreement dated June 1, 2005 between WTRG Corp and APEX Resources Group.
