This new towering aggressor will be at least 10 stories higher then Palms residential tower and the same height as Palms Resort and Casino. If that wasn’t enough Vegas 888 is planning a new club on the 35th floor parallel to the famous Ghost bar at the Palms resort and casino. Named the Hot Spot, this open-air oasis will be for adults only and hang over the buildings edge. This will enable residents to peer into the opposite tower checking out the action on either end. When complete, Vegas 888 will challenge Palms secure hold on Flamingo and the test will be Hot Spot vs. Palms Ghost Bar.
The duel will really manifest in the opulent amenities these properties offer to their guests and residents. 888 will have bell hops and door hops galore, room service you dream of and housekeeping that you could come to expect, but Palms doesn’t mention any of their so called unique amentias. Both properties’ interiors will be fully equipped and furnished but only Vegas 888 takes pride in kitchens and bathrooms filled with appliances created by Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele and Naidero and don’t forget about 888’s choice in Ferrari red furniture. Glass sinks and stone bathtubs that fill from the ceiling are just a few examples of the extensive of luxury Vegas 888 will be ready to offer. Then again 888 will have a hard time beating Palms Playboy lounge.
However you have to give Palms Place credit for the first-ever recording studio in a Las Vegas. It will cover 8,000 square feet, offer state-of-the-art equipment and allow artists to record from remote units in their suites. The expansion will also include an exclusive screening room and lounge that will accommodate VIP guests who require a private spot for viewing films. All this isn’t in the residential tower but the casino resort next store.
Vegas 888 main competition maybe Palms Place residences but they aren’t the only high-rises on the Las Vegas market. There are over 20 other high rise projects Vegas 888, will be competing with including; Allure, Las Ramblas, Cosmopolitan, Ivana, Trump, Panorama and Streamline. That’s not including Mid-Rises or even lofts and low rise condominiums.It’s a big market out there and both Vegas 888 and Palms has a good change to be at the top.
