The Human Capital Institute Announces Inaugural Conference in the United Kingdom
The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a think tank and international membership association focused on talent management strategies, announced today its inaugural human capital summit in the United Kingdom. The summit, called the Competitive Power of Talent Management, will feature internationally known experts in the new business science of Human Capital Management including Dr. Paul Sparrow, Professor of International Human Resource Management at the University of Manchester and Dr. John Boudreau, Professor of Management at the Center for Effective Organisations at the University of Southern California in the United States.
