Kriya Management Group sells a non-core property in Oklahoma City. The proceeds will be reinvested into the Dallas/Fort Worth hospitality market.

OKLAHOMA CITY (PRWEB) October 13, 2005 -- Kriya Management Group completed the sale of Rockwell Inn in Oklahoma City. The property was listed for sale after being identified as a non-core property by the Executive team. The sale was facilitated at American Guaranty Title Company. The company plans on reinvesting the proceeds in the North Texas hospitality and lodging market with a 1031 tax exchange.
