The physician can continue to submit the CMN with accompanying signature in any form they prefer – paper, fax, email – and it will be received online for electronic processing. ProviderLink's Signature Collection solution uses bar code, fax-back technology, which addresses the physician's desire to continue using a hand written signature while bringing the document into an online environment.
