Pawleys Plantation Golf & Country Club in Pawleys Island, S.C., has named Frank Capalbo dining room manager. Capalbo’s main responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service in the Oak Grille and Sawgrass Dining Room.
Prior to joining Pawleys Plantation, Capalbo was the senior store manager of the Eggs Up Grill where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the establishment. He also served as a chef supervisor at the Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort. In 1998, the Horry-Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce honored Capalbo with an award for customer service.
“Frank has brought a wealth of knowledge about the food service industry to Pawleys Plantation,” said Patty Younts, food and beverage director for Pawleys Plantation. “We are very excited about Frank becoming the new dining room manager. Originally from Connecticut, Capalbo resides in the Lowcountry with his three children and wife of 23 years, Karen.
