The S1 Catalyst 2005 conference was held from September 12-15 at the JW Marriott Star Pass Resort and Spa in Tucson. The conference is S1 Corporation’s annual customer forum for financial services providers. Conference topics covered include a variety of interests ranging from strategy and planning to operations and technical issues, and offered an outstanding technology and solutions exposition.
In her speech, Dr. Eagle presented the eight strategies for the success of any education initiative, with a focus on interactive systems training. Her strategies include addressing your audience, defining your goals, providing multiple paths, challenging your users, incorporating feedback, and planning for the future.
