GoldenPalace.com makes a pit stop at The Lowe's Motor Speedway, Saturday, October 15, 2005.
The infamous internet casino has recently made major headlines with their zany "human billboard" stunts and outrageous Ebay purchases.By far, GoldenPalace.com has devised one of the most successful advertising campaigns ever, having made quite a splash with the media and raising over $1,000,000.00 for charity to date. One of their most recent additions to their Ebay hall of fame is the helmet of Nascar driver, Robbie Gordon. Gordon, angry after being involved in an accident, threw the helmet at fellow Nascar driver, Micheal Waltrip at a recent New Hampshire International Speedway race. All in goodwill, Gordon then auctioned the helmet off on Ebay with GoldenPalace.com placing the winning bid of $51,000.00. All proceeds went to Harrah's Employee Relief Fund for recovery assistance for those families and employees affected by Hurrican Katrina. GoldenPalace plans to accept their prized possession with a little flair, of course.
Fitness model, Tana Gabrielle, of Charlotte, NC will be the official representative of GoldenPalace.com, on hand to accept the autographed helmet for the casino. Tana has been an active spokesperson in the fitness industry and published in several health and fitness publications, including MuscleMag and American Curves Magazine. Tana is no stranger to the antics of GoldenPalace.com, as they were also the winning bidder on her auction in May of this year. Tana auctioned herself off as a "body billboard babe", offering to wear a temporary tattoo all around her hometown of Charlotte, NC for a week. She was paid $3000.00 to display the GoldenPalace.com brand across her cleavage and caught the attention of several news and radio shows across the country. The casino contacted her last week in regards to the Nascar event and told her to "get ready" because it's time to "pull the tattoo out of the closet" once again.
