Retell - Perfect, Performance Enhancing Sense at Call Centre Expo

Hundreds of visitors flocked to Retell’s stand at Call Centre Expo on September 28th and 29th. The main attraction was Retell’s latest low cost, feature rich solution for call centres, Sense, due to be launched early in 2006.

At best an effective call recording solution will help to energise and empower staff, increase productivity and improve the customer experience. Retell also teamed up with top call centre training expert, Suzy Dunn from InnerVision on the stand. One lucky company Tyco ADT based in Manchester won the prize draw of a free one day training session with InnerVision
