Anchor Software Announces Release of MaxDUP+ New System Offers Consumer and Business Matching Technology

MaxDup+ uses Anchor Computer’s proven proprietary matching methodology that uses tags and images, as opposed to match codes, for merge/purge processing to ensure that business as well as consumer databases and mailing lists are accurately maintained at the highest possible level.
MaxDup+ provides a unique graphical user interface (GUI) that was designed to easily set-up jobs by answering a series of questions. The answers to the questions are interpreted by the system to choose a particular template for the merge/purge process. The templates can be easily tightened or loosened to meet the unique requirements of each user. In addition, the system offers a multi-pass option that provides for additional evaluation of each data record to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
This flexibility allows users to easily identify and/or eliminate individual, household and business duplicates in mailing lists and/or consolidate data to help improve overall marketing performance. In addition to name and address, the matching methodology can use any element of a data record including Social Security Number, gender, telephone number, age, etc.
MaxDup+ provides an extensive array of easy to read reports, which can be customized to meet the unique needs of all users.
