Kubi Enable interfaces to Siebel 7.7, linking sales force automation (SFA) data to sales activities. This integration enables the correlation of sales activities with outcomes to easily institutionalize best practices, ensure compliance with business policies, and enhance collaboration. Leveraging Siebel’s multichannel offerings, Kubi Enable helps Siebel customers unify front- and back-office sales activities and maximize sales effectiveness.

Kubi Enable (v2.6) Unveiled at Siebel CustomerWorld Partner Pavilion
Kubi Enable, version 2.6 shown for the first time at Siebel CustomerWorld, is integrated with Siebel 7.7. The Kubi Enable user interface is embedded within Siebel 7.7 so that Siebel customers can use Kubi from their preferred application. Kubi Activities can be triggered from Siebel 7.7 as opportunities are created or reach critical milestones so that sales assets and best practices are delivered at the optimal deal stages. Siebel opportunity data can also automatically synchronize with the appropriate Kubi Activities, and Kubi Activity outcomes and audit trails can be archived back into Siebel 7.7 when the Activity is completed.
Version 2.6 of Kubi Enable also delivers customer-driven enhancements such as:
- Improved Activity audit trails with before-and-after values that help users quickly identify changes in synchronized enterprise data such as Siebel opportunity data.
- Sidebar Emails that generate email messages to inform stakeholders not participating in the Kubi Activity.
- Sidebar Action Items to track actions and contributions from “casual contributors” not participating directly in the Kubi Activity.
- New Kubi Enable On-demand Trial installation process allowing authorized users to register, download and install the Kubi client trial software from a hosted server.
Siebel Systems forms alliances with proven technology leaders and vendors and requires that their technology passes the Siebel Certification program on which Siebel technology is validated.
