Formerly vice president of corporate development at Open Text, Barrell will direct Kubi business development and marketing programs for the company’s new-generation Kubi Enable software. Barrell had been with Open Text for ten years after the company had acquired Intunix AG, a search-engine technology start-up co-founded by Barrell. “With Kubi Enable, Kubi Software is embarking on a new chapter in its evolution as a provider of sales effectiveness solutions – intuitive solutions that help businesses easily organize, monitor and coordinate sales activities for optimized sales effectiveness and profitability,” said Mark Rankovic, CEO of Kubi Software. “We’ve brought on board a team of high-achieving executives who will advance Kubi solutions and drive the message to market,” continued Rankovic. Commenting on Dylan Barrell, vice president of marketing, Rankovic said, “Dylan has domain expertise and a proven track record in successfully bringing new solutions to market. And Sri, a recognized technology thought leader and author of numerous patents, completes our new executive team as vice president of engineering.”
