The event, which is the first of its kind in Seattle, will teach participants to leverage the blogging platform to increase sales, create emotional connections and enhance their existing marketing and public relations efforts. They will also learn the practical skills necessary to set up and maintain their own business blogs. "If you come to this seminar with a laptop, you will be blogging successfully when you leave," says Broback.

Other speakers at the day-long event will be Molly E. Holzchlag, widely recognized as one of the most influential women on the Web, and successful Web entrepreneur and ActiveWords CEO, Buzz Bruggeman.
