Larry Fulkerson Named Director of Business Development for RMS Communications Group Inc.

Duties will include overseeing expansion of the company's programs and national agent network.

OCALA, FL (PRWEB) October 20, 2005 -- Larry Fulkerson has been named
director of business development by RMS Communications Group Inc., an industry leader in cell phone recycling.

Fulkerson, of Folsom, Calif., will be in charge of expanding RMS' programs and network of agents throughout the nation.

"We're delighted to have Larry on board," said James Mosieur, chief executive officer of RMS. "Our company creates innovative programs
which allow consumers and businesses to conveniently sell or recycle phones that would otherwise lay idle, and we feel Larry is the right person to market those programs nationwide."

A resident of Folsom, Calif., Fulkerson started his career by selling Honda motorcycles while working his way through college in the early 1980s. After graduation, he had successful careers in real estate sales and management, in the petroleum handling and storage industry, and in corporate security before joining RMS.

He is active in his community, where he assists a number of non-profit organizations. He is married and the father of three children.

Fulkerson succeeds Conrad Melancon, who was recently promoted to vice president of sales and marketing.

RMS collects used cell phones, recycles them and re-markets them throughout the world. It also provides cell phones at no charge to police, shelters and others in need of 911 phone services. Cell phones that cannot be re-marketed are disposed of in an environmentally
responsible fashion.
