iBwave Names In-Building Veteran Mario Bouchard as President

Wireless in-building design demand drives iBwave to new heights

Montreal, Canada October 18, 2005 – Mario Bouchard, a senior in-building wireless executive at iBwave has been promoted as the President and Chief Executive Officer of iBwave. Mr. Bouchard has held key leadership roles for in-building initiatives at Bell Canada and TELUS Mobility, two of the leading wireless carriers in Canada. Mario takes over the role from Mike Cegelski who remains a Chief Advisor and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Cegelski comments that, “Mario is an ideal candidate to take over my position with more than 15 years of experience working in complex in-building environments. His vast technical experience and management skills will enable him to be a very effective leader for iBwave.”

Mr. Bouchard is not new to iBwave’s technology. He joined the organization in early 2004 and has since been instrumental in successfully taking a product vision to commercial success with the creation of RF-vu. In-building engineers no longer have to piece together random tools like spreadsheets and CAD software. RF-vu was specifically created to simultaneously design and commission multiple in-building wireless networks. It saves time, validates designs and brings consistency between projects.
