Da Vinci Unlocks the Code to Team Building

Deep in the heart of the New Forest, teams of business people armed with maps, clues, a compass and a secret code try to solve the mystery of the Lost Chimes of Da Vinci. They are all participating in a new and exciting team building event launched by Four Seasons Event Management in August 2005.

(PRWEB) October 23, 2005 -- The Lost Chimes of Eda Vinci (http://www.fs-em.co.uk/thelostchimesofdavinci_e.html) is an organized event that combines fun with learning. It enhances such skills as problem solving, leadership, communication, time management and change management. The event is built around the history of the New Forest, so it is a unique blend of fact and fiction.

David Mold, Managing Director of Four Seasons Event Management (http://www.fs-em.co.uk/) explained "After I read ‘The Da Vinci Code’ by Dan Brown, I was inspired to create a new team building event, incorporating intrigue and fun into an exhilarating learning day. I wanted to use the environment and genuine history of the New Forest to give a complete experience to our clients. The event has been so successful that we are extending it to other areas of the UK".

The delegates are told of the mysterious background to the chimes, which were discovered in 1926 during an excavation of Lord Wagsworth’s Mansion. Myth has it that the chimes were built in 1503 by Leonardo Da Vinci and it is claimed that they play the music of God himself. However, it was not until 1998 that a strange coded message was found, which is believed to be a clue to the destination of the plans to construct and play the Chimes. The teams are in competition with each other at first, as they solve the clues and crack the codes hidden in the New Forest. However, they must all work together during the finale of the day – building the Lost Chimes of Da Vinci!

A spokesperson from Rolls Royce, whose team attended the Lost Chimes of Da Vinci event recently, said "this is the best event we have ever done! Faultless!"

Four Seasons Event Management are a company with over 5 years experience in event management and planning, conferencing, corporate hospitality, training and development.
