Silver Screen Studios and Code Red Film Group Update

Silver Screen Studios and Code Red Film Group have completed their third feature film, Dirty Copz: The Execution. Directed by Thomas Ricardo.

Dirty Copz is the third feature film produced by SSS and is a direct to DVD release and will be available on-line at select retailers. We have completed most of the production on our latest feature film Dirty Copz, www.dirtycopz.com. This week we posted behind the scenes interviews and behind the scenes photos of portions of the production.

Coming next week we will post our first teaser trailer and have more cast and some crew interviews posted.

On Dirty Copz the cast was great and the crew was outstanding. This project is being considered for a limited theatrical release in select locations in the Southeast. More on this as it develops.

Digital Effects Group:

To increase our production value in our future productions, we have formed a digital effects unit. The digital effects unit will be responsible for the design and development of the visual effects of our future projects. We are developing our first digital character that will have the ability to move, talk and act.

Infrastructure Upgrades:

We have acquired animation software and installed two new green screen areas in Code Red Studios for shooting foreground subjects. See www.dirtycopz.com behind the scene photos.

We also intend to upgrade to the new Power Mac G5s that were recently announced by Apple Computers, (NASDAQ:AAPL), www.apple.com/powermac and we intend to upgrade our grip equipment for our next production scheduled for early 2006.

Film Finance Group:
SSS along with our joint venture partner Code Red Entertainment Group has formed a film finance group to finance independent films and TV shows. Our investment banking and legal teams have designed an innovative financial instrument using the latest in tax credits legislation and asset backed financial instruments to create a product where the investor has zero risk to their principal and will participate in the revenues from a slate of projects over a specific time period.
Theatrically Released Projects:

We intend to use this new product to finance our first slate of theatrically released projects, beginning with Heirs to Murder, Unit 1-A, and Oil: The Black Death, all projected to begin pre-production in 2006 depending on financing.
