PMCC Opens Its Washington/Baltimore Operations

PMCC, Inc. today announced the opening of its Washington/Baltimore regional office. PMCC is a 14 year old Louisiana based project management firm with operations in New Orleans, Houston, Colorado and now the Washington/Baltimore metro area.

Baltimore, MD November 1, 2005 – PMCC, Inc. today announced the opening of its Washington/Baltimore regional office. PMCC is a 14 year old Louisiana based project management firm with operations in New Orleans, Houston, Colorado and now the Washington/Baltimore metro area. “We’re happy to have Milt Jones heading up this new operation” said Ben E. Voivedich, Jr., PMP, president of PMCC. “He did a fantastic job for us in New Orleans over the last 5 years winning several different industrial and professional awards for projects he performed. We know he will do the same in the Baltimore/Washington market for our clients there.”

PMCC’s Vice President is a Naval Academy graduate, he holds two engineering degrees plus an MBA and an MSA specialized in Information Systems Technology and is a twenty – year veteran of the Navy and the submarine service. In addition to his military background, Mr. Jones’ career experience includes eighteen years with Mobil Oil where he was involved with major engineering project management in Asia and South/Central America plus two years with TransCoastal Marine Services where he managed the New Orleans Project Management group involved with ship repair and fabrication/placement of offshore oil rigs (platforms and jackets) used for both domestic and international exploration and production. He joined PMCC in 2000. For three years, he served as a Project Management and process consultant, trainer, mentor and coach for the Project Management Office (PMO) of Entergy’s Transmission and Distribution Groups in New Orleans. In 2004, he served as the construction manager for a major transmission project that for the first time ran power lines UNDER the Mississippi River and received several industrial and professional nominations and awards after its completion.
