Sacramento, Calif (PRWEB) October 25, 2005 -- Mix two parts REM, equal parts Matchbox 20, Live and Train into a blender. Add a splash of Goo Goo Dolls, Evanesence and David Bowie and blend until smooth. These are some of the flavors found in Crash the Machine’s debut full-length CD, 4 a.m.

The Sacramento-area modern rock band will celebrate the release of 4 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2005, with a live performance at The Library, which is located near California State University Sacramento.

Opening the evening will be LOS FIASCOS!, and after Crash the Machine’s set, DJ Bryan Hawk will spin crowd favorites the rest of the night. Footage for a music video will be shot during the November 18th show.

The Library is located at 7042 Folsom Boulevard, Sacramento. Admission is $5.00 for this 21 and older special event that starts at 9:00 p.m. For more information on the band and the show, visit http://www.crashthemachine.com.

About Crash the Machine
This Sacramento, California band's music moves through the sonic light and darkness of the human condition. The band name is not about anarchy or violence. It is about re-embracing our humanity and thinking for ourselves. We are bombarded every day with messages on what we should look like, who we should associate with, what we should wear, and "what's in it for me?" -- versus focusing on our individuality and potential. By thinking for ourselves, we Crash the Machine. Visit online at http://www.crashthemachine.com.
