Los Angeles's newest bank, The Private Bank of California opened for business today in Century City following a record IPO.

LOS ANGLES (PRWEB) October 26, 2005 -- Los Angeles’s newest bank, The Private Bank of California, opened for business today in Century City.

The bank last month completed a record initial public offering for a new bank in California, raising $36.3 million in an oversubscribed IPO by 338 investors.

Steven D. Broidy, chairman, said he expects the investors also will be initial customers and will help develop other relationships among the bank’s primary markets -- high net worth individuals, business owners, legal and financial professionals and their firms and entertainment service businesses -- in West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.
