SellyourCell.com Announces Accelerated Cell Phone Recycling Program

SellyourCell.com, America’s Original Wireless Recycler, announced plans today to accelerate it’s wireless recycling program through a broadly-increased offer of wireless phones it will recycle as well as increased financial incentives to consumers.

Orlando, FL (PRWEB) October 25, 2005 -- SellyourCell.com, America’s Original Wireless Recycler, announced plans today to accelerate its wireless recycling program through a broadly-increased offer of wireless phones it will recycle as well as increased financial incentives to consumers. SellyourCell.com now offers to buy more than 600 different kinds of used wireless phones, for between $5.00 and $120.00 per phone, which is significantly more than any other company in its market segment.

“We are now offering to buy significantly more models of cell phones, and I might add, at a better payout to the consumer than any competitor we are aware of. Offering to buy more phones ultimately means fewer phones being thrown away, which is a positive step for the environment, and when recycled through us, it is also a profitable step for the consumer,” said Keith Ori, CEO of SellyourCell.com.

To facilitate the increased offerings SellyourCell.com launched a new website last week which enables a wider selection of cell phone manufacturers to be represented, as well as pictures of each individual model of cell phone to reduce confusion on the part of the site user.

“Listen, I’ve been in the wireless business for nine years, and I can’t tell you the difference between a Nokia 3560 and 3590 without a picture to reference. Building and maintaining a library of 600 photos of cell phones was not easy, but it is absolutely necessary to ensure that consumers have the easiest experience recycling their phones,” SellyourCell.com Marketing Director Garrick Boyd offered.

In addition to paying consumers to recycle their cell phones, SellyourCell.com has always offered free shipping. Now, the new “Speedy Ship” option (a particularly innovative feature of the new website) allows the consumer to download a paid, pre-filled return mailing label at the time of the order. This facilitates faster order processing and therefore faster payment to the customer.

“We really have a dual mission with this company, and the first part is to let people know that companies like us exist; at this time it is just not widely known that you can make money by recycling your old cell phones. The other part of the mission is to make the process as simple and clear to the consumer as possible. To this end, SellyourCell.com continues to roll out innovations to encourage cell phone recycling and make the process of doing so easy and profitable for the consumer,” Ori said.

SellyourCell.com is a six-year-old subsidiary of Sundog Inc., based in Orlando, Florida. Sellyourcell.com offers to pay consumers to recycle their used cell phones through their website www.sellyourcell.com. This process eliminates a number of hazardous and harmful substances from coming into contact with the environment and provides a financial incentive for doing so.

SellyourCell.com is one of the oldest companies offering this service and continues to be a leader in the wireless recycling industry.
