The new design’s top navigation bar separates products into six main categories: hardwood, bamboo, laminate, cork, carpet-tile and rugs. It also includes a page for miscellaneous items such as installation materials, maintenance products, underlayments and rubber products. Super Saver and Blowout items are also prominently featured in the top portion of the site.

In addition to its in-depth articles and videos in the learning center and the extensive database of frequently asked questions, the site now highlights customer testimonials and photos.

With a click of a button, site visitors can also access the pro site for contractors and the webpage for the company’s local locations or fill up a sample basket. Other new elements include the retailer’s top 5 sellers, new arrivals, management’s choice, staff’s choice and special offers; all of which are shown on the index page.

The site outline on the left portion of the website also offers helpful links which include a store locator, the press room, an order tracking console and information on the company’s privacy, shipping and return policies.

With the new look comes better services; iFLOOR.com is also introducing its Price Protection Pledge, a promise to customers that what the company offers is truly an unbeatable price. This particular program guarantees that if an identical product with a lower price is found within seven days, iFLOOR.com will either match the competitor’s total delivered price or refund the difference. Plus, the online retailer has increased its amount of specials and blowout items by 65 percent.
