Neil Farnam, president, said “there has been a void in the market for dependable high flow air heaters in a round configuration. With this product family we fill a void for highly efficient, affordable, air heaters that can be easily connected inline with standard round ducting, or hose fittings.”
Starting in June 2005, this product family is offered in many diameters: 2”, 2.5”, 4”, 6”, and 8”. Within each size many power ratings are available and there are many options that can be easily specified by the user and integrated at the factory. Farnam also offers temperature control systems for this product family.
These Flow Torches are an extension of efficient air heating technology Farnam has provided for many years with custom OEM applications. Now, through this standard family of graduated sizes, Farnam can offer the same performance on a more general basis with a wide range of flow rates all the way to 1000 SCFM and power ratings all the way to 90 kw.
