Dallas, TX (PRWEB) October 26, 2005 -- Following on the footsteps of last week’s San Francisco announcement, Zunch Communications, Inc. (http://www.zunch.com) officially announced the opening of their new Chicago location today. The new Zunch Chicago office will be led by search veteran Charlie Gruber, formerly with the Microsoft Network (MSN) sales team.

“We’re so pleased to bring Charlie on board and open up in Chicago,” said Zunch Chairman & CEO John Sanchez. “Zunch has several clients based in the Chicago area and we wanted to provide them with a closer point of contact for doing business with Zunch.”

Based in Dallas, Texas with additional locations in San Francisco and Mumbai, Zunch is also looking to open a branch in Shanghai by the spring of 2006. Named the sixth fastest growing Hispanic owned business of 2005 by Hispanic Business Magazine, Zunch is rapidly becoming a household name.

“There are many opportunities in Chicago from a business development standpoint,” said Sanchez. “We worked with Charlie while he was with MSN and got to know and trust him. He’s a perfect match for Zunch and we can’t wait to see where he can take us in the Midwest market.”

Gruber joins Zunch from MSN where he served as the travel industry team captain for national sales initiatives. Strong representation of MSN Search was a cornerstone of all successful campaigns for Gruber while he worked with clients including United Air Lines, Inc., Carlson Companies, Inc. Dollar Rent A Car, Inc. and Thrifty, Inc. He was also on beta sales teams for Sidewalk.com, MS Passport and MSN AdCenter while with Microsoft. In his career, Gruber has worked with many small and mid-sized companies as well as big-name brands such as Burger King, General Mills, H&R Block, Purina and Sprint.

“Charlie understands this industry from all sides,” said Sanchez. “He’s a great guy and a wonderful asset to Zunch.”

“I’m thrilled to join the Zunch team,” said Gruber. “I’m a Midwesterner to the core and am so pleased to bring Zunch and all it stands for to Chicago. I feel that all companies can benefit from the internet with the strong commitment and solid planning that the Zunch team can provide. It’s great to be a part of that.”

Gruber will lead the Chicago office as the local Business Development Manager for Zunch. He resides in Chicago with his wife Janel and their two boys Henry and James.
