KnowledgeStorm’s Jeff Ramminger to Speak at Software Business 2005

Executive Vice President to present on Intelligent Content Strategies at upcoming Software Business event.

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) October 26, 2005 -- KnowledgeStorm (www.knowledgestorm.com) , the Internet’s top-ranked search resource for technology solutions and information, today announced that Jeff Ramminger executive vice president, Products, Technology & Marketing, will be speaking Software Business 2005 , the premier conference on business and technology for executives and managers of software companies, at the Hyatt Regency Tampa in Tampa, Florida, on November 2.

Software Business 2005 delivers more insight and market information for emerging and established software companies. Four tracks will be offered — Executive Strategy, Company Financing, Sales & Marketing, and Product & Services — giving CEOs, CFOs, CMOs and other executives of growing software companies a great way to learn other software companies' successful business processes, research market opportunities and develop relationships. This two-day conference focuses on current strategic business, financial and technology issues and growth opportunities facing executives and managers of software companies.

Ramminger’s session, titled Intelligent Content Strategies, will address how savvy technology marketers can improve results by building and leveraging content strategies for today’s search-driven culture.

Ninety-three percent of technology buyers start their research process on the Internet and are looking for relevant content that can help them make better purchasing decisions, according to Search Engine Guide 2005. Marketers are constantly tasked with how to best leverage their organization's content to return tangible results. But with the increasing volume of content available online, there is a strong need for technology vendors to differentiate themselves. Marketers are desperate for an intelligent strategy for targeting, distributing and leveraging their content online.

Ramminger joined KnowledgeStorm in April 2000, bringing 19 years of business technology experience. His responsibilities include marketing, product strategy and management, Website architecture, development and operations.

Previous to KnowledgeStorm , Ramminger served as director in IBM's Communications Sector e-business Services Practice where he led a team of Internet consultants, designers and developers working with clients on online strategies and complex Web-driven applications. He was a key founder of IBM's innovative Interactive Media Practice, created in 1994, and led the design and delivery of more than forty large-scale sports and entertainment Web events including the official Websites for the Masters, GRAMMYs, Wimbledon Championships, U.S. Open, Superbowl and Ryder Cup.

Ramminger is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Ramminger is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia and Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO).
