SecureUSA, Inc., the leading provider of turnkey perimeter defense solutions, announced that its marketing agreement with Delta Scientific will be ending on October 31, 2005. SecureUSA stated the ending the agreement was due to market and industry changes as they move forward to improve customer service and provide more comprehensive perimeter defense solutions.

SecureUSA, Inc., began business in 1997 as a service and maintenance contractor for anti-vehicular perimeter defense barriers. They quickly became Delta Scientific’s largest equipment reseller and integrator. With the advent of 9/11, SecureUSA developed a unique market position as being the only provider of comprehensive perimeter defense solutions in North America, being able to provide consulting, design engineering, and project management services for complete turnkey projects. “SecureUSA is in a unique position as the only full service, turnkey solution provider of perimeter defense solutions in North America” said Michael (Mick) Keough, SecureUSA’s Chief Operating Officer. “This means that we need to expand our range of crash barriers and intrusion defense equipment in order to better serve our customers. In the last two years there has been several new manufacturers enter the market place with new technology and leading edge designs that promise better aesthetics and lower maintenance costs, both of which are being demanded by the many corporate buyers now seeking perimeter defense solutions.” he added.

The natural market growth following 9/11 has spawned many new manufacturers in the market place, bringing the customer a wider variety of new and innovative products. SecureUSA has decided to continue to stand behind its commitment to bring the customer the best solution possible. The decision to end the agreement was ultimately a result of this commitment as Mick Keough, Chief Operating Officer, stated, “In order to serve our clients with full integrity, it is imperative that we do not favor one product line over another. Our job is to fully evaluate and understand these new products and the changing customer requirements, so that we can provide our clients with the best perimeter defense solution available anywhere in the world.”

“SecureUSA will continue to offer Delta equipment and provide service and maintenance contracts for their barriers as a part of their turnkey perimeter defense solutions” said Mitch Morgan, SecureUSA’s President. He added “As the market changes and grows we will also change and grow to exceed our customer’s expectations”.
