Tools for Marketers Released by Kinetic Results Suite of Offerings to Enhance Strategic Online Presence of Retailers

Kinetic Report, a web analytics tool, was launched on Thursday at www.kineticreport.com.

“Web analytics is certainly not new,” said Kevin Ryan, Managing Partner of Kinetic Results, “But not enough people are taking advantage of it. We trust that by offering a branded, web-based service like Kinetic Report, our clients will understand the importance of getting to the bottom of web traffic numbers, and they’ll see how easy we can make that process for them. For their convenience, we will naturally recommend Kinetic Report for all of our clients.”

Described on the Kinetic Results corporate website as “deeply drillable and almost addicting,” Kinetic Report allows key users in an organization to see the “who, how, why, when and where” of its website traffic. Understanding these numbers and facts allows for better strategic planning and adjustment of marketing and optimization efforts.

“If, for instance, you discover that a certain crucial page on your site is rarely visited, or that visitors to your site leave before they take a desired action such as filling out a request for more information or proceeding to checkout, you can make corrective measures by adjusting your design, copy, keyword density or any other element of your online presence as the situation warrants,” said Ryan.

In the coming weeks, Kinetic Results will expand its product line with Kinetic Retail, a searchable, scalable e-commerce solution; and Kinetic Recon, a click fraud detection service for its clients engaged in pay-per-click advertising.

“Offering all these services under one brand will go a long way toward better serving our growing client base,” said Tony Wright, Director of Client Services. “We are a full service digital agency, offering our clients the convenience of ‘one stop shopping.’ Getting these products to market as soon as possible, following testing, is the goal of our technology experts right now. We expect to have the next two products launched by mid-December.”

Wright stressed that any of the Kinetic Results services and products are available individually, but noted that most clients want one firm handling all of their online efforts.
