NanoWorld Holding Expands Radius of Action into the USA -- Foundation of NanoAndMore USA

NanoWorld Holding AG founded a new company named NanoAndMore USA Corporation (NAM) as a wholly owned subsidiary.

Schaffhausen/Switzerland (PRWEB) November 1, 2005 -- NanoAndMore USA Corporation (NAM) was founded on September 7th, 2005 in Beaufort, SC, USA by George McMurtry and NanoWorld Holding AG as a wholly owned subsidiary. NAM is headed by Mr. McMurtry who is a founder of one of the oldest atomic force microscope (AFM) manufacturers, Quesant Instrument (circa. 1992), and is a well known and respected member of the AFM community.

Since cantilever and tip dynamics play such a major role in obtaining research quality data, I saw this enterprise as a great opportunity to continue to assist the AFM world as a member of the NanoWorld Group by working directly with the manufacturing plants to help determine and then provide required probes.

NanoAndMore USA is a high-tech distributor active in the USA, Canada and Mexico providing probes for scanning probe microscopy (SPM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) and related accessories. NAM will start distributing AFM tips manufactured by NanoWorld®, NANOSENSORS™ and BudgetSensors™. Additionally NanoAndMore USA will distribute other products needed for micro- and nanotechnology except AFM systems.
