Independent Fashion Designers Are The Focus This Holiday Shopping Season
IndieShopping.com is launching their first Holiday Gift Guide, showcasing some gift ideas from up-and-coming fashion designers. The guide will feature products from various independent designers and boutiques to help shoppers find unique and handmade gifts this holiday shopping season.
Watsontown, PA (PRWEB) November 1, 2005 -- The holiday shopping season is just getting started, and many shoppers are looking for new, unique products to give. The problem is that wading through the sea of new products constantly hitting the market can be both difficult and time consuming.
To help holiday shoppers find unique and interesting products, Web-based magazine IndieShopping.com is launching a holiday gift guide featuring products from small businesses and independent fashion designers. They've assembled a collection of products available from various online vendors that aren't found in most brick-and-mortar boutiques or shopping centers.
Increasingly over the past few years, many shoppers have been turning to the Web to find handmade and limited production items for holiday gifts, as there are often many fun and clever items that may not have the mass appeal of major brands. These items are ideal for gift-giving because shoppers can find products that may appeal to someone with specific interests or tastes.
The items that IndieShopping.com has included are aimed at women from late teens through early 40s, and are all from independent designers from across the United States and Europe. Their guide offers a fresh look at current fashion trends, focusing mostly on manufacturers that currently have little exposure. The selected products are divided into categories ranging from jewelry to apparel, and includes items starting below $25 through more expensive, high-end products.
The guide is launching on Tuesday, November 1st and will be available throughout the holiday shopping season. Included are photographs of featured products, as well as information on how and where to get them.
The Holiday Gift Guide is available at http://www.indieshopping.com beginning November 1st, 2005. Designers and boutiques who are interested in participating may still be added after the launch. Please contact IndieShopping.com for more information.
