(PRWEB) November 3, 2005 -- Serco Usability Services is running a two-day course for anyone interested in learning about collaborative design methods that can involve users in web design or software design for DiTV, mobile, or PC applications. Participants will learn how to involve users, through methods such as contextual research, affinity diagramming, paper prototyping, and usability testing.

The course is based on extensive experience of applying user centred methods in a wide range of commercial organisations.

Who should attend: Systems analysts and designers, business analysts, software developers, multimedia developers, visual design managers and computer-based training authors. The course is intended for those new to, or with limited knowledge of user centred techniques.
