Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) November 2, 2005
Mentora Group, Inc., a leading software functional and performance testing services company, announced today it will be presenting “Performance Testing MACESS.exp” at SunGard World 2005 in Orlando, Florida.
Dan Downing, Vice President of Testing for Mentora, will illustrate their Performance Assurance for EXP.NET (formerly MACESS.exp) service on November 10th at 8:30 a.m. EXP.NET is the latest generation of SunGard EXP’s enterprise content management solution, offering document and workflow management, process management and customer service management for the insurance industry.
Mentora piloted this service with one of SunGard EXP’s largest customers, Tufts Health Plan (THP), who implemented EXP.NET v 1.7 in the spring. The Performance Assurance Service applies Mentora’s expertise in Mercury LoadRunner, a deep knowledge of the EXP.NET software, and backup technical support from SunGard EXP’s Development team, to validate the performance of the product on a customer’s own workflows, data and environment.
Downing states, “This offering is possible thanks to SunGard EXP’s commitment to performance tuning and the technical training and support they provide us. Customers value our business-oriented methodology, our streamlined and cost-effective EXP.NET solution and benefit from our close relationship with SunGard EXP.”
The service enables customers migrating to the newest release of EXP.NET to benchmark the application on their production environment to ensure that peak target workloads can be accomplished, minimizing common go-live risks associated with system performance.
