Internet Ad Firm Direct Response Group More Than Doubles Headquarters Space in Melville, NY
Direct Response Group, LLC, an Internet advertising firm, leased new, larger space for its headquarters in Meville. The deal was arranged by Paragon Group LLC.
Syosset, NY (PRWEB) November 3, 2005 -- Direct Reponse Group LLC, the fast-growing Internet advertising firm, leased 8,300 square feet of office space at 445 Broadhollow Rd., Melville, in a deal arranged by the Syosset-based tenant representation specialist Paragon Group LLC.
Direct Response Group, which helps businesses maximize the effectiveness of online pay-per-click advertising, signed the long-term lease in August and took possession of the space on Oct. 1. The company, whose clients include catalog retailer Orvis, Pitney Bowes and several financial-services firms, is relocating from about 3,000 square feet at 538 Broadhollow Rd., also in Melville. Asking rents at 445 Broadhollow Road range from $26 to $27 per square foot.
“The buildings ability to provide back up power to Direct Response Group’s sophisticated data center made this an attractive option to construct their facility,” said Paragon principal Jeffrey Nemshin, who represented Direct Response Group. The landlord, Melville Industrial Associates, was represented by in-house by Larry Levine.
