WisdomNet, a talent management consulting and technology firm, today announced an improved version of its signature software, citing significant additions and better functionality.

WisdomNet, Inc, a human resource consulting and software leader, today announced a revolutionary new version of its web-based talent management software.

The Denver-based firm released the newest evolution of its talent management software at the Human Resource Executive’s Technology Conference and Exposition in Chicago. Formerly branded as Revexion, the new product is coined WisdomNet I-TMS™ (I-TMS), for Integrated Talent Management System.

“Our software has successfully served clients since 2001,” notes Brian Wilkerson, President and CEO. “The new product integrates client best practices and offers even more tools to prepare professionals to manage more effectively for the knowledge economy.”

The new software features significant additions to its predecessor, with enhanced performance management and talent tracking features, along with new tools to help reduce employment liability.

“We hope to affect the entire organization through I-TMS, with tools for CEOs, managers, human resource professionals, attorneys and individuals to effectively monitor and improve performance,” adds Wilkerson.

Support for Single-Sign-On through Active Directory® has also been added, providing customers the ability to more seamlessly integrate I-TMS into their existing infrastructure.

“I-TMS is hosted by WisdomNet, lessening the burden on internal IT staff,” notes David Schleupner, Vice President of WisdomNet. “With the new Active Directory interfaces, deployment is even further streamlined. Users can now access our system the same way that they access their desktop computers and e-mail.”

New features include: Talent Profiles provides organization wide information about an individual employee, including performance, career development and competencies; Issue Tracker affords human resource professionals a wider understanding of employee issues and disciplinary actions across the organization; and an enhanced Performance Management Module features additions to “dashboard” reporting options and enhanced succession planning.

Baxa Corporation, an international pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer has been using WisdomNet’s software since 2001 and will deploy I-TMS to drive its strategic goals.

“With WisdomNet I-TMS™ we have additional tools to create a performance based culture,” notes Laurel Ditson, Vice President of Organizational and Associate Development. “This results in employees that are focused on the strategic goals of the company and gives Baxa a significant competitive advantage.”

Baxa Corp. joins many notable companies in its decision to use I-TMS. These include Rocky Mountain Health Management Corporation, Merrick & Co, Great West Life & Annuity and Janus. Over 20,000 employees from companies across the U.S. and the world use the system.

Notes Wilkerson, "We have seen tremendous growth in our I-TMS users. Companies see the positive impact on the bottom line of their business. We are making sure that the focus on ‘people results’ is a tangible boost to business performance."
