Knowledge Source is adding health care research industry veteran Marianne Kubik as its new head of primary market research. Ms. Kubik brings more than twenty years of qualitative and quantitative health care research experience to the Knowledge Source team.

Ms. Kubik has extensive experience in managed care and health insurance market research on the vendor side from FIND/SVP, MORPACE International and Rothstein-Tauber Inc. She also has significant experience on the client side, having led the primary research, customer satisfaction, NCQA accreditation, and competitive intelligence efforts at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Connecticut for more than five years during the plan's transition into the managed care arena. Her primary research experience also includes over-the-counter pharmaceutical product research for Richardson-Vicks and research consulting experience at General Electric Company.

Ms. Kubik brings her expertise to Knowledge Source in the following health care areas: pharmacy benefit management; pharmaceutical industry issues; long-term care; hospital industry issues; continuum of care and assisted living; third party health insurance and reimbursement issues; managed care industry issues; the impact of public policy; and health care economic issues.
