Blue Financial Announces Employee Charitable Donation Match

Blue Financial will match any employees charitable giving through the end of the year.

Blue Financial, the Arizona Mortgage Banker has introduced an Employee Charitable Donation Matching Program for the remainder of 2005. Blue Financials workplace campaign is an initiative in which employees are given the opportunity to donate to their charity of choice and it gives Team Blue members a vehicle to support the charitable causes in the community that are important to them. Blue Financial will match any contribution made by any employee to any charity through the end of the year.

Last year, American charitable giving reached an estimated $248.52 billion.

Hal Jolley, President of Blue Financial says, “We believe that Workplace Charitable Giving Matching Programs is the wave of the future. Simply put, the choice in giving just makes sense. Employees have a wide range of charitable interests, and it only makes sense that their campaign model should be representative of their diversity.”

Jolley says, “We are delighted that we can match any single employee contribution up to $500 through the end of the year.”

Blue Financial advocates personal financial self-control, lower consumer debt, decreased spending on credit cards, and achieving better credit scores by eliminating unnecessary expenses.
