Sheppard has more than 25 years of experience in sales leadership and general management at leading global companies. Sheppard most recently served as Vice President, BPO Strategy and Vice President/Managing Director, Western USA, PeopleSoft and Vice President Worldwide Sales, J. D. Edwards. As a member of the board, Sheppard will guide the strategic direction of netCustomer and serve as an expert on the support needs of today’s enterprise applications customers.

Edwards, Japan, and Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Asia Pacific.
