Coaching Program Helps Decrease Holiday Stress

This workshop gives participants tools to envision and create their ideal holiday season. Participants are given strategies to change aspects of their holidays that don't work for them, to decrease stress, replinish energy, and get their needs met.

(PRWEB) November 8, 2005 -- Deliberate Living, a life coaching practice, will be holding a teleclass entitled "How to Decrease Holiday Stress and Create Your Ideal Holiday Season." This teleclass was developed due to the discontent singles and families expressed about the stress, overwhelming number of obligations, financial pressures, and loneliness that go along with the holiday season.

Jennifer Viemont, president of Deliberate Living explained, "People often don't have a clear vision of what they want their holiday season to encompass and feel they can't change what they don't like about the season. This program empowers people to envision their ideal holiday season, one that is aligned with individual and family priorities, desires and values. Participants will also learn how to create action steps to attain their vision."

Workshop topics include; minimizing holiday stress, increasing energy levels, getting your needs met, getting out of your own way, and creating a holiday plan. Though focused on the holiday season, these skills can be used throughout the year on various aspects of life. This program will be held November 30, 2005 from 7:30-9:30 (EST). The workshop will be conducted as a teleclass, so there are no geographical limitations to involvement.
