Oracle France LABOR Union - Negotiating Handicapped people hiring goals within Oracle

Oracle France LABOR Union : Make Social responsability a reality within Oracle.

(PRWEB) November 6, 2005 -- Oracle EMEA has announced its intentions to cover the Social Responsibility Area and promote some employee participations in social care activities.

Oracle France CFDT Labor Union is happy to see Oracle moving in this direction and has officially requested to open negotiations regarding Handicapped people hiring within Oracle.

We think that though labor union control, an active hiring policy towards handicapped people, the adaptation of workspaces, reconsidering insourcing back some activities like physical and phone reception would show the way of really making a better world within Oracle.

Time has come for companies to show a better face regarding Social Responsibility. This move shall come with additional resources TIME and MONEY, not just marketing budget. For the CFDT Labor union, the social responsibility project launch within Oracle is an excellent opportunity for real engagement proofs by aiming to reach a minimal percentage of handicapped people working for the company.

Labor unions have to have their word in those social responsibility projects to make them real stuff !
