NYC-based Real Estate Arts, Inc. (RealEstateArts.com) Expands Into Residential Market with The Residences at The Westin Providence Campaign

The market leader in commercial real estate advertising, Real Estate Arts expands into residential sector with The Residences at The Westin Providence campaign.

New York, NY (PRWEB) November 9, 2005 -- NYC-based Real Estate Arts, Inc.’s first large residential condominium project, The Residences at the Westin Providence, has garnished wide-spread attention throughout the Northeast. Hired by The Procaccianti Group to market new luxury condominiums to be constructed at the Westin Hotel in Providence, Rhode Island, Real Estate Arts has developed an advertising campaign consisting of a Website, brochures, site signage, billboards, direct mail, sales center displays, identity and numerous collateral materials.

Dictated by strict launch and construction deadlines, REA worked closely with TPG to coordinate and execute the project. Culminating in an extremely successful VIP kick-off event, for which REA sent invitations to interested parties who signed up on the website, the condominiums are poised for pre-construction sell-out with REA ads in newspapers such as the Boston Globe, on billboards throughout the Providence area and an aggressive direct mail and email campaign triggering an overwhelming response.

“We are pleased that our first foray into the residential market could be with such a high-profile project. Already the market leader in the commercial real estate sector, The Residences at The Westin Providence campaign demonstrates REA’s versatility and expansion into a new and exciting business line challenging well established players,” commented Real Estate Arts President Michael Goodgold.
