His practice includes commercial and retail acquisition, development and leasing; construction; real estate finance; and condominiums and common ownership associations. Before joining Kelley & Murphy, Volpicelli was chairman of the real estate department at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker, & Rhoads. He also served as a partner with Dechert and Garfinkel & Volpicelli. Volpicelli taught graduate real estate law at Temple University and is regularly featured as a Real Estate CLE presenter.
