PACES Announces SUCCESS, Youth Equestrian Delegate Search
PACES, the premier organization for horse professionals, equine careers and equestrian businesses, is searching for students who will represent their state, province or country as PACES delegates.
Brooksville, Florida (PRWEB) November 10, 2005 -- PACES announced today its first annual delegate search as part of its youth program, SUCCESS, Student Union Career Council for Equine Studies and Skills.
PACES is the horse industry's premier professional development association providing online courses leading to certification.
Applications are being accepted for the Delegate Search from all 13-18 year olds who are interested in representing their designated area as a PACES SUCCESS Delegate. Delegates will contribute information about horse professions and equine businesses in their area to the PACES online audience. One delegate from each state, province and/or country will be selected, each of which will be given a free membership to PACES.
According to PACES executive director, Claudia Starr, "There is a wealth of talented young horse enthusiasts throughout the world. We want to partner with those who have a strong interest in our mission and have them share insights, perspectives and activities from their area. It is a win-win situation for the delegates chosen, as well as for our organization. We encourage all individuals between the ages of 13 and 18 to apply, whether or not they are members."
Applicants are asked to fill out an application which can be found on the PACES website, www.equinecouncil.org and submit the specified writing assignments along with their photo to the PACES office. Applications must be postmarked no later than March 1, 2006.
The Professional Accreditation Council of Equine Specialists, PACES, is the the horse industry's first professional development organization designed to incorporate all riding disciplines, breeds and equine business types.
