Hollywood-based visual effects company Look Effects’ (http://www.lookfx.com ) recent move to the historic El Capitan Theatre has been accompanied by a new slate of post-production work, encompassing a broad spectrum of content, and a 25% growth in their in-house staff. Look Effects’ previous client roster has been bolstered by a considerable number of new television and film titles.

Look Effects’ current visual effects clients include "Bones" (20th Century Fox Television), "Malcolm in the Middle" (Regency Television), "Cold Case" (CBS), "Criminal Minds and Stick It!"(Touchstone), as well as upcoming movies "The Fountain" (Warner Brothers), "Southland Tales" (Cherry Road Films) and "The Producers" (Universal Pictures).

The move to state-of-the-art offices in the El Capitan has provided Look Effects with expanded work stations, larger edit bays, a client review/preview room and roomy conference facilities. In their short tenure at the El Capitan, Look has already completed work on the blockbuster "Into the Blue" and the summer hit "SuperCross."

“We are delighted to be working on such a prestigious and diverse roster of television and film clients,” said Mark Driscoll, president and founder of Look Effects. “The move to the El Capitan was fueled by a desire to provide clients with the best equipment and services available to the industry which has been reflected in our recent success.”

“With the move to the El Capitan we have been able to grow as a company. Already we have added 25% to our workforce and expect this growth rate to continue in the next six months,” added Driscoll. “Accompanying the new hires, has been a substantial investment in new VFX equipment to ensure we meet the needs of our expanded client base.”
